Después de dos años y medio, ya tocaba. Me cansé de mi media cara de cuando estaba gordo. A tomar por saco, aquí tenéis mi horripilante jeto tal cual es ahora. Eso sí, conservamos el b/n, que esto es hipsterland y hay que aparentar. Ale, locas del coño, tempus fugit, carpe diem.

Aquell estrany sentiment de trobar a faltar quelcom que realment no trobes a faltar; que només trobes a faltar allò que aquest quelcom et feia sentir. Una gran impostura que et permet continuar mirant enrere mentre saps que a la teva esquena només hi ha foscor i que la llum és davant dels teus nassos. La imbecilitat i idiosincràsia humana; el camí necessari; l’esperança i la tortura; l’agulla gruixuda i la deu; el bé i el mal; l’obvietat i el difícil d’expressar. Sí, qué cojones, estoy muy orgulloso de todo el trabajo físico que he hecho los últimos 3 meses. ¡Y esto es la primera parte! ¡A partir del lunes toca darle duro al cuerpo en el gimnasio!

Today I can -finally- say that the next months of october, november and december 2013 I will be in New York City helping the correspondent writing for El Periódico de Catalunya. If they paid me something, then it would be fuckin’ A. It remains just fuckin’ great ^^

Okay, so now the petition for the place in New York has been accepted by the direction of the master’s degree and to make it official just lacks the Ok of the media to my appliance. Cool, shouldn’t be any problem!

Okay so I’ve just got this crazy idea (crazy for me, of course). The famous NY Marathon is held on the first weekend of november and, if everything goes well (I’m supposed to have the confirmation tomorrow) I’ll be there. What if I fucking run it? So far today I ran my best distance, with 13km, so it’s a little close to being able to run a half-marathon, but in any goddamn case I’m yet ready -nor close to- to run a full 42km marathon, but I have 9 months to train, right? Now looks a bit crazy, but that’d be a fucking nice and fullfilling goal to reach!!!!

Today I set a new ‘further distance in a single run’ record with 12.95km in 66 minutes :)

It’s been finally confirmed, after a couple days of nerves and suffering knowing it didn’t depend on me, but it’s now (almost) official that I’m going to do an internship in New York next autumn. I have the choice, and it needs to be officialized by the University, just that. Fiiiiiiinally some good news for me :)

It’s already been a while since I ran my last 10k race and I’m starting to suffer a little bit of test withdrawal haha So here are the options for the following months:

This is how my nutritional routine looks like since January 3rd, when I started using FitBit, not because a new year’s resolution (I don’t believe in that, I think any day is as good as another to make a change in your life, and in that case, was the 3rd of January) but because I came across the App in a ranking the guys from Runkeeper linked on their Facebook page.
Yesterday I started a little variation in my diet following the recommendations of the friend i mentioned before: less carbohidrates, more protein. He also recommended me to do cardio with at least 3 hours of fasting and yesterday it went well.
Aaaaand, ehm, I guess that’s enough self-exposure for today. Okay, a little bit more about me today.
